Elemental Infinity is an independent fit-out contractor delivering hospitality, commercial, and complex interior environments along Australia's east coast and into South Australia. We are engaged directly by developers, operators, and head contractors to lead fit-out execution and FF&E installation — working within a client's existing contract structure and alongside their own design and procurement teams.

 

Based in Melbourne, we specialise in the delivery conditions that make hotel projects difficult: programme-sensitive fit-outs, brand-standard compliance, mid-construction change, and operational handover. Our completed work includes IHG-branded hotels — Holiday Inn Werribee and Crowne Plaza Mawson Lakes among them — delivered under genuine programme and supply-chain pressure, including during the pandemic.

Where a project benefits from coordinated design and procurement, Elemental Infinity works with two associated disciplines under separate contract: InDezin, for functional planning and interior design, and Luxe Verity, for procurement and supply. The integration is available, not assumed — clients engage the fit-out scope on its own as readily as the coordinated framework.

 

What defines our work is control at the delivery end. Sequencing, compliance, defect management, and handover are run against approved design intent and programme, so the outcome the client specified is the outcome that gets built.
