The project involved the transformation of the former Rydges Carlton hotel into a contemporary Crowne Plaza hospitality environment through extensive redevelopment, interior repositioning, and operational replanning.

 

Initially conceived as a limited refurbishment, early construction investigations revealed significant deterioration and structural remediation requirements, substantially expanding the project scope and delivery complexity.

 

InDezin led functional planning and interior design redevelopment, restructuring guestrooms, public areas, meeting facilities, restaurant environments, and hospitality circulation planning to support a contemporary premium hotel experience aligned with Crowne Plaza operational standards.

 

Luxe Verity coordinated FF&E procurement and supply interfaces while Elemental Infinity managed fitout delivery and FF&E installation activities throughout the redevelopment process.
