DELIVERY CONTEXT

Holiday Inn Werribee formed part of a vertically integrated mixed-use development incorporating hotel accommodation, office space, and multi-level parking within a constrained urban environment.

The 155-key hotel occupies the upper four levels of the development and was delivered within a highly programme-sensitive hospitality framework during the COVID-19 pandemic, where procurement disruption, supply-chain instability, construction interruptions, and logistics constraints significantly impacted delivery conditions across the industry.

Elemental Infinity’s founding directors operated across embedded leadership and operational delivery roles throughout the project lifecycle. This included contractor-side management involvement, project management coordination, procurement oversight, FF&E staging, installation sequencing, and operational readiness support aligned with hospitality opening requirements.

The project required continuous coordination between procurement, construction delivery, installation sequencing, stakeholder interfaces, and programme management under rapidly changing pandemic-era conditions.
